Cancellation Policies:
Tots Subscriptions:
Our usual cancellation policy is one month, we ask all our parents to provide us with one months’ notice of when they would like to cancel, an example of this would be if a parent sends us written confirmation that they would like to cancel on 20th April then they would still be able to attend sessions throughout May and we would cancel from June.
Please note: all cancellations need to be sent via email to info@superstarsportmidlands.co.uk and not face to face
After School Clubs and School Sessions:
Our policy with after school clubs and school sessions is that we do not offer a refund. however we can offer an alternative session which your child may be able to transfer to (depending on availability), alternatively we can offer a credit which you can use for future sessions.
Super Star Sport FC Academy:
Our usual cancellation policy is one month, we ask all our parents to provide us with 4 months’ notice of when they would like to cancel, an example of this would be if a parent sends us written confirmation that they would like to cancel on 20th April then they would still be able to attend sessions throughout May and we would cancel from June.
